Translate to English Fester, nussiger und hefiger, auch etwas vegetabiler Kernobstduft mit moderater, leicht vanilliger Holzwürze und an Bergkräuter erinnernden Tönen. Klare, herbe, nussige Frucht im Mund, viel Hefe, sehr feine Säure, vegetabile Aromen am Gaumen, gute Substanz und Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Mineralik, hat Griff, etwas Tiefe, noch jung, sehr guter Abgang.
