Nutty and somewhat smoky, slightly warm pome fruit flavour with a hint of herbs and tobacco. Ripe, juicy, rather tart fruit with warming alcohol, but also cooling ethereal notes, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, smoky hints in the background, a hint of pepper, also mineral nuances, still young, has a certain polish despite all its power, very good, finely juicy, again ethereal, nutty and mineral finish with light zesty tones.
