Translate to English Sehr geschliffene, eher kühle, grasig-pflanzliche und kräuterige Nase mit gelb- und grünfruchtigen Noten sowie etwas Paprika und Holunder. Recht saftige, klare, wieder geschliffene Frucht mit viel frischer pflanzlicher Würze, etwas Brennessel und Paprika, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, hat Biss und ganz zarten Gerbstoff-Griff, gezügelte Kraft und gewisser Schmelz, eine Spur Holunderblüten im Hintergrund, noch ziemlich jung, aber schon etwas Tiefe anzeigend, sehr harmonisch, sehr guter Abgang.
