2019 Mitterberg IGT passito Bianco "Sissi", Alto Adige, Italy

Nutty aroma of currants and other dried fruit with dried floral, hints of bacon and light tobacco notes. Concentrated, very sweet fruit with nutty, slightly smoky to bacony, vegetal and caramel notes, very fine acidity, delicate grip, persistent on the palate, certain depth, smoky and quite powerful on the palate, quite clear saffron, roasted notes, clear salt, peaty nuances, hints of varnish, very good finish with a certain warmth, high sweetness, but also tart spiciness.
