A hint of bacon and smoky-woody scent of mainly red berries with dried floral, nutty and malty traces. Ripe, quite juicy, somewhat warm red fruit, nutty and again a bit smoky wooden notes, fine tannin, some bite, dried vegetable to herbal nuances, in the background some salt, good sustainability, very good, again a bit smoky finish. Clearly superior to the first, obviously slightly impaired sample from a few weeks ago

Editor note: Slightly tobacco-like and spicy scent of ripe red and black berries with a little liquorice and nutty woody notes. Ripe, partly preserved and dried fruit, crumbly tannin, spicy aromas, certain warmth and sweetish melting, good to very good finish with ethereal traces
