Spicy nose, partly preserved black berries and cherries, hint of coffee, root vegetables, dried floral traces and light herbaceous notes. Firm, tart, fairly cool fruit on the palate, herbaceous, light floral and delicate spicy notes, smoky and light sooty notes, persistent, spicy traces, salty in the background, hint of citrus zests, firm bite considering the style of wine, still undeveloped, very good firm finish.
