2007 Vinschgau DOC Blauburgunder Sonnenberg, Alto Adige, Italy

Red berries, some black berries and cherries on the nose, herbaceous notes and some tobacco, spicy oak. Firm and juicy on the palate, ripe fruit, oak, spicy tobacco and some more herbaceous notes, fairly prominent, but fine and mature tannins, quite persistent, noticeable alcohol, good finish.
