Tart, quite firm, dried vegetal and a little herbal scent with yellow and green fruity aromas, floral nuances and a touch of wax as well as hints of bacon and capers in the background. Ripe, juicy, melting fruit with fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, good substance, lots of power but also freshness, tart vegetal spiciness, a hint of dark berries in the background, persistent, nutty and buttery traces, hints of caramel, some depth, herbal nuances, very good, firm, juicy, vegetal-spicy and somewhat nutty finish with some warmth.

Best to drink: Bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
