Clear citrus and pome fruit scent with fine herbaceous and nutty aromas, floral traces, a little olive oil and hinted yellow spice. Firm, tart fruit with nutty, delicately smoky and light woody notes, a hint of mushroom on the palate, some pepper, fine acidity, light touch of ripe tannin, lasting, restrained power, warm and cool elements, salty and chalky minerality in the background, some depth, very good, quite tight, juicy finish with bite
