2014 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Flora, Alto Adige, Italy

Dried herbs, nuts, light vegetal and earthy notes on the nose, yellow fruit, hint of dried flowers, touch of root vegetables, mineral notes. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, light nutty oak, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, tart earthy and mineral notes in the background, hint of tobacco, persistent, quite full-bodied and creamy, but also has good grip, some depth, very good finish.
