Translate to English Kühle, fein-vegetabile Nase nach Kumquats, Kapstachelbeeren und Birnen mit ganz leicht nussig-karamelligen Anklängen und einem Hauch schwarzer Beeren. Reife, geradlinige Frucht mit etwas süßlichem Schmelz, sehr feine Säure, kräuterig-pflanzliche und florale Nuancen, Holunder, gute Nachhaltigkeit, recht kräftig, aber nicht schwer, etwas Mineralik, ziemlich viel Saft, relativ feine Aromatik, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
