Translate to English Relativ herber, deutlich gewürziger, auch kräuterig-pflanzlicher Duft nach reifen, teils kandierten Zitrusfrüchten, etwas Kumquats und Kapstachelbeeren mit nussigen Anklängen, Algen, Austern, einem Hauch Tabak und Mineralik. Recht dicht und süßlich-schmelzig im Mund, sehr reife, klare Frucht mit sehr feiner Säure, wieder gewürzige und kräuterige Anklänge, etwas Kandis, nachhaltig am Gaumen, sehr kräftig, aber nicht zu schwer, feiner Biss, gewisse Tiefe, eine Spur Holunder im Hintergrund, zart nussig-holzige, hefige und mineralische Anklänge, noch jung und kompakt, sehr gute, wieder süßlich-schmelziger, feinwürziger Abgang mit feinem Biss.
