Translate to English Relativ herbe, deutlich grasig-pflanzliche bis kräuterige Zitrusnase mit Quittentönen, etwas Holunder sowie erdigen und ganz leicht nussigen Anklängen. Süßlich-saftige, reife, auch zart ölige Frucht mit feinen vegetabilen und leicht kräuterigen Aromen, sehr feine Säure, viel Kraft und Schmelz am Gaumen, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, zart erdige Töne im Hintergrund, spürbarer Alkohol, aber auch etwas Biss, recht guter Abgang.
