Translate to English Herber, erdiger, getrocknet-kräuteriger und vegetabiler Duft mit grün- und schwarzbeerigen Aromen, ein wenig Zitrusfrüchten und Quitte sowie viel erdiger Mineralik. Fest gewirkt und saftig im Mund, herbe Frucht mit feiner vegetabiler Würze, etwas grünem Pfeffer und Holunder, sehr feine, lebendige Säure, dicht und nachhaltig am Gaumen, bei aller Macht kühl, deutliche, etwas salzige Mineralik, viel Griff, gute Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
