Tart nose, cassis, cherries and some plums, moderate spicy oak, earthy and mineral traces. Clear, polished ripe fruit on the palate, some oak, fairly prominent fine, predominantly mature tannins, some chocolate, light earthy and mineral notes in the background, very creamy and full-bodied, good persistence and has some depth, hint of malt, still slightly rough and youthful, very good finish.

Best to drink: 2014-2020+. What our ratings mean
