Quite a firm nose, apples and green berries, elderberries and delicate juniper notes, some mineral traces, grassy and vegetal notes. Full-bodied style, elegant and juicy on the palate, playful spicy vegetal notes, some peppery notes too, very elegant, lively acidity, some bell peppers, very full-bodied with good persistence, mineral notes in the background, has some depth, good to very good finish.
