Cool nose with tart apples, citrus and elderberries, grassy notes. Elegantly juicy in the mouth, again cool and somewhat grassy, delicately fruity, very elegant acidity, mineral notes, not particularly deep, delicately tart with a light volatile note on an attractive to good finish.
