2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Mock, Alto Adige, Italy

Prominent vegetal notes on the nose, light earthy and mineral notes, delicate nutty traces, metallic traces, yellow fruit, hint of green berries and floral traces. Ripe, partly preserved fruit on the palate, vegetal and delicate floral aromas, very elegant acidity, fairly persistent, touch of elderflower in the background, some green fruit with exotic touches, fairly noticeable warm alcohol, delicately sweetish and creamy, fairly juicy on a good to very good vegetal and herbacoeus finish.
