2010 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Mock, Alto Adige, Italy

Tart nose, citrus and apple fruit, grassy notes, light lactic and volatile notes. Tart on the palate, but also has some sweetish creamy notes, grassy, light lactic and volatile notes again, lively acidity, light tannic touch, hint of bell peppers and elderberry, not particularly deep, attractive to good finish.
