2007 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Vinalia, Alto Adige, Italy

Very clear and quite deep nose, candied and dried yellow fruit, sweetish spice and light floral notes, hint of caramel and some mineral traces. Fairly concentrated fruit on the palate, quite sweet, sugar candy and caramel, dried flowers and spicy notes, very elegant acidity, good persistence, apricot and orange jam, typical delicate bitter notes in the background, very good finish.
