2007 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Lagrein Riserva Taber, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Relativ kühler, recht fester, aber auch eine Spur flüchtiger Duft nach teils eingemachten schwarzen Beeren mit Trockenkräuternoten, Aromen getrockneter Blüten, etwas Sauerkirsche und mineralischen Tönen. Weiche, reife, herb-saftige Frucht im Mund, wieder kräuterige und getrocknet-florale Töne, eine Spur Bitterschokolade, feinsandiges Tannin, hat Kraft und Schmelz, aber auch Schliff und kühle Elemente, mit Luft werden die flüchtigen, an Apfelessig erinnernden Noten deutlicher, guter, etwas saftiger und schokoladig-würziger Abgang.
