2006 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Mock, Alto Adige, Italy

Very clear nose, citrus with spicy vegetal notes, mineral and very delicate pepepry notes. Very firm on the palate, bone dry, prominent herbs and spices and grassy notes, some apple fruit, prominent acidity, mineral notes, firm structure, slightly creamy, very good finish.

Editor note: Citrus nose with cool mineral as well as tart grassy notes.
