Very clear nose, citrus with spicy vegetal notes, mineral and very delicate pepepry notes. Very firm on the palate, bone dry, prominent herbs and spices and grassy notes, some apple fruit, prominent acidity, mineral notes, firm structure, slightly creamy, very good finish.

Editor note: Citrus nose with cool mineral as well as tart grassy notes. Herbs and spices on the palate, prominent grassy notes, elegantly juicy fruit, prominent star fruit and some green apples, some delicate notes of elderberries, good persistence, elegant acid bite, cool mineral notes, medium depth, good long finish.
