2004 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Sauvignon Mock, Alto Adige, Italy

Lively aromas of grass and hay, delicately spicy, some elderberry and apple. Clean in the mouth, light grassy notes, hay, spicy, with lively acidity and good presence, delicately tart on the palate, slightly noticeable alcohol, attractive finish.
