2022 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir, Alto Adige, Italy

Youthful, almost cool, somewhat vegetal nose with clear black and red berry and light floral notes. Finely juicy, delicately tart, youthful fruit, fine acidity and rather moderate tannins, delicate dried-vegetable to tobacco nuances, a hint of pepper, a certain persistence, floral nuances, a hint of liquorice, minty and delicately medicinal tones, some salt, good to very good finish with bite.
