Astringent and firm, finely vegetal and very slightly floral fragrance with restrained, almost cool yellow-fruity notes and mineral tones. Rather firm, tart and strong in the mouth, clear, finely juicy fruit with vegetable spice, a little smoke, hinted at pepper and coriander, chalky and salty minerality, lasting, handy, still young, very good finish
