Extra Brut "Pinot Rosé", Baden, Germany

Nutty and vegetal scent with restrained pome fruit notes, yeasty hints, some mushrooms and a hint of red berries. Lean, cool, quite dry fruit, nutty and dried-vegetable tones, again a little yeasty, fine mousseux, certain persistence delicate grip, mushroomy traces, good to very good finish.
