2016 Spätburgunder trocken, Baden, Germany

Slightly nutty and vegetal nose of partly cooked red and black fruits with mushroomy and slightly earthy tones. Tart, somewhat developed fruit, nutty tones, crumbly tannin and delicate acid bite, a hint of mushrooms in the background, some persistence, moderate wood flavours, a hint of cocoa, salty traces, good to very good finish.
