The winery is located in the municipality of San Bonifacio (province of Verona) in the Veneto region of Italy. The origin lies in the early 1960ies, when Guiseppe Inama bought small plots of land on the hills of Soave Classico. Today, the winery is run by Stefano Inama. The vineyards cover 60 hectares of vines on volcanic soils. They are planted with the white wine varieties Garganega (the main variety), Sauvignon (Sauvignon Blanc) and Chardonnay, as well as the red wine varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot. Some of them are cultivated using the traditional Pergola system. The wide range of products includes white wines and red wines, which are also produced in the traditional style using various production techniques. For some white wines, a short maceration period takes place before pressing. In most cases, only gentle filtration takes place. The DOC and DOCG wines are Soave in different versions. The flagship of the house is the "Soave Classico Vigneti di Foscarino", whose grapes come from the best plots with the oldest vines. The fermentation takes place in barriques that are two to five years old. Afterwards, the wine is stored on the fine lees for six to seven months, is then transferred to steel tanks and is bottled after six months
