Relatively cool, slightly nutty and vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit with nuances reminiscent of gooseberries, bacon and white cabbage. Clear, tart, juicy fruit with a hint of paprika and meadow herbs, lively acidity, has some grip and persistence, chalky and salty tones, certain alcohol warmth, good to very good finish with a hint of root vegetables.
