Delicately smoky and somewhat herbal aroma with red and black berry flavours and a little undergrowth. Clear, polished, finely juicy, tart fruit, nutty, planty and mushroomy flavours, some umami, delicate tannins and fine acidity, certain persistence, floral nuances, a hint of bacon and radicchio, good to very good finish with salt and smoke again.
