2022 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer "Cancenai", Alto Adige, Italy

Warm, somewhat nutty, floral and vegetal to herbaceous nose of yellow fruit with a hint of marzipan, yellow spice and lavender. Warm, juicy, slightly sweetish citrus fruit with nuances reminiscent of verbena, cardamom and crab meat, fine acidity, delicate carbonic acid, has some grip, good persistence, salty minerality, certain depth, dried flowers and saffron in the background, has strength, delicate melting, slight bitterness and hints of nutmeg and gin on a very good finish.
