2020 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer passito "Cresta", Alto Adige, Italy

Nutty, delicately smoky, dried floral and tobacco aroma of partly preserved, pickled and dried yellow fruit with a little caramel, woody tones and a hint of root vegetables. Ripe, warm, very sweet, creamy fruit, nutty, slightly smoky and caramel flavours, very fine acidity and delicate grip, persistent on the palate, good depth, spice reminiscent of saffron and sea buckthorn, apricots and a little orange zest, concentrated and persistent on the palate, smoky notes, a hint of toast and bread crust, fine bite, very good to long, sweet, juicy and spicy finish.
