Fairly cool nose, light nutty and vegetal notes, light yellow fruit, floral traces, light mineral notes in the background. Clear, slightly creamy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, delicate nutty, yeasty and buttery notes, mineral traces in the background, hint of celery and white pepper, some almonds, good substance, some depth, harmonious, good to very good finish.
