Orange to ochre in colour. Nutty and somewhat floral aroma of pomaceous fruit with vegetal and very light smoky nuances. Quite juicy fruit with light sweetness and fine acidity, nutty and again delicately smoky flavours, delicate grip, good persistence, delicately creamy, a hint of carbonic acid, hints of ethereal notes, good to very good, sweetish-juicy finish.
