Clear yellow-fruity nose with nutty and delicate vegetal notes. Quite polished, clear, finely juicy, not quite dry fruit, fine, quite lively acidity, some grip, smoky and nutty tones on the palate, certain persistence, salt in the background, good to very good finish with bite.
