Slightly cloudy, very light yellow. Yeasty, delicately nutty and a little vegetal aroma with restrained, bright yellow fruity aromas. Lean, tart, delicately juicy fruit, yeasty and vegetal aromas, hints of nuttiness in the background, very fine acidity and some tannic grip, some persistence, hints of salt in the background, still smoky-reductive traces, chalky tones, good to very good, tart, again grippy finish with bite.
