2019 Chenin Blanc Brut Nature, Pfalz, Germany

Cool citrus-apple nose with yeasty and fresh planty to herbal notes as well as floral hints. Cool, lean, tart fruit, distinctly herbal and slightly yeasty notes, citrus zest on the palate, smoky and ethereal-herbal traces, relatively fine perlage, noticeable acid bite, good, somewhat lemony finish.
