Tart, somewhat nutty, spicy and vegetal to herbal aroma of partly preserved mixed berries and a little cherry with a hint of meat juice. Ripe, slightly preserved fruit with spicy wood notes, dusty tannin that mellows with air, some persistence, tobacco and coffee in the background, hints of pepper and mint, chalky tones, good to very good, a hint of sweetness on the finish. In completely different condition than the first sample 2 years ago.
