Translate to English Relativ kühler, etwas holzwürziger, pfeffriger und vegetabiler bis getrocknet-kräuteriger Duft nach gelben Früchten mit einem Hauch roter Beeren und leicht pilzigen Anklängen. Jugendliche, zart schmelzige Frucht mit schwarzbeerigen Tönen und etwas Pfeffer, moderate Säure, noch leicht trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, im Hintergrund Butter und etwas nussiges Holz, eine Spur Salz, ordentlicher Abgang.
