Somewhat smoky, tobacco and nutty notes on the nose, partly dried yellow fruit, dried vegetal notes. Firm, tart, ripe fruit, again dried vegetal to tobacco spice, nutty flavours and some smoke, fine, quite lively acidity, lots of grip from fine sandy, ripe tannins, persistent on the palate, certain melting, clearly salty, some citrus zest, certain varietal bitterness, a hint of bacon, very good, juicy, spicy and grippy finish with an animating bite.
