Tart, relatively calm bouquet with restrained, rather pome fruit accentuated yellow fruit aromas, floral nuances, with air emerging, very bright citrus tones and clearly ginger. Quite firmly woven, tart, relatively cool-looking fruit, lively, fine acidity, still somewhat phenolic-covered on the palate, yellow and also a little peppery spice, ginger again, dried-vegetable to -herbal aromas, a hint of floral, clear, salty minerality, lasting, medium power, very good, tart, firm, grippy finish with bite, light minerality and lots of yeast.
