Light, slightly cloudy yellow with green glints. Nutty, a little vegetal and delicately yeasty aroma with bright, rather pome fruit accentuated yellow fruity aromas. Clear, rather polished, ripe, melting fruit, nutty, yeasty and a little fresh-vegetable flavours, very fine acidity, grip of very crumbly tannin, good persistence, spicy traces, some minerality, certain power and alcohol warmth, good to very good finish.
