Clear yeasty and somewhat vegetal scent with slightly muted yellow fruit and a little floral notes. Partly candied, sweet fruit with clear candy notes and a little honey cucumber, vegetal tones, somewhat sandy tannins, presence of acidity, fairly persistent, nutty and yeasty notes, slightly indifferent, sweet and sour finish.
