Somewhat green-vegetable nose of partly candied citrus fruits with white fruity notes and hints of yellow spice. Sweet fruit with tart vegetal notes, very slightly nutty yeasty tones, fine, lively acidity, some persistence, a hint of wine gum, delicate aromatic bitterness, a little salt, good to very good finish.
