Nutty and finely herbal scent with restrained, bright yellow fruity notes and a hint of legumes and wild strawberries. Clear, tart, cool fruit, nutty and ethereal-plant tones, earthy-mineral hints in the background, very fine acidity and moderate melt, certain sustainability, has polish, very good, nutty and quite distinctly mineral finish with a touch of anise.
