2019 Toscana IGT "Do ut des", Tuscany, Italy

Firm and quite deep aroma of ripe black berries and a little sour cherries with paprika, Mediterranean herbs, a little black olives and tomato paste as well as tobacco and a little cedary barrel notes. Ripe, dense, juicy dark fruit, present but crumbly and very ripe tannins, some acid bite, warm, concentrated and persistent on the palate, good depth, Mediterranean-herbal spice, some dark chocolate, a hint of coffee as well as tobacco and cedar notes, still almost compact structure, very good to long, warm, juicy and spicy finish with grip.
