Firm and quite deep, fine vegetal, somewhat nutty, floral and herbaceous nose with rather cool yellow fruity aromas, avocado and hints of green tobacco. Firm, tart fruit with almondy, nutty and fine vegetal flavours, delicate floral notes in the background, yeasty traces, very fine acidity and some grip, quite dense on the palate, certain depth, salty minerality and bacony nuances, a little coriander, mushroom tones, still young, very good, firm, tart finish with bite.
