Still undeveloped, somewhat vegetal, buttery and a hint of vanilla on the nose, with light yellow-fruity aromas, restrained barrel notes and a hint of mushrooms. Firm, tart, rather restrained fruit, slightly smoky tones, light woody notes, salt, chalk and fine vegetal tones, crumbly-sandy grip, good persistence, has power, but also cooling elements, some celery and savoy cabbage in the background, buttery nuances, still barely developed, very good, tart, salty finish. Still needs time.
