Firm and deep, herbaceous vegetal, slightly nutty and reminiscent of mustard seed with firm cool white and yellow fruity aromas, crabmeat, citrus zest and a hint of seaweed, sesame and a little yellow spice in the background. Ripe, very tightly knit, youthful, tart, somewhat melting fruit, very fine acidity, herbaceous aromas, a little yellow spice and mustard seed, grip of crumbly tannin, delicate smoky nuances and restrained wood tones, distinct minerality, a hint of fennel, currant leaves in the background, still undeveloped, excellent substance and depth, very good, firm finish.
