Cool and quite fresh, somewhat vegetal nose with very light citrus and pomaceous fruit aromas as well as yeasty and hinted floral nuances. Clear, finely juicy, again bright and rather cool fruit, nutty, yeasty and slightly planty notes, a little citrus zest in the background, hints of barrel, a hint of lemon butter and cinnamon, good persistence, salt and chalky hints in the background, good to very good finish.
